Last July, I made a post regarding my experience of the bad customer service I got at Ford Alabang. It was a worse nightmare that made me want to be awake all the time so I can’t go back in that dream again. Yet, despite of such incident I picked Ford at the top of the list for cars for women.
I have reasons for choosing it and it is because of the spacious interior that women can put some of their stuff to tag along especially especially their loads of bridal shower invitations. It is a fact that women do carry a bunch of stuff with them in most special occasions. So having an ample space to spare is a must have for women.
But again, if you can find a similar car with spacious compartment other than Ford then go for it so you won’t get the same headache I have when I had my Focus serviced at Ford Service Center. In fact, and because of the quality of service they have shown to me, I am even cancelling my plan of acquiring another Ford in the near future.
In the end, customer service is the front runner in almost service oriented company can offer. If you can get the nod of your customer right at the doorstep, for sure you’ll get customers coming back.
