A friend of mine (Revo) dropped by my place last night and gave me a canister of Animal Cuts Supplement as a birthday gift. I never took any kind of supplement aside from whey protein powder and the occasional creatine powder, so I’m a bit apprehensive trying it out. This supplement is suppose to help you get ripped and shredded like those physiques you see on TV and ads. Not to brag but I’m fairly ripped myself as it is, though not like the models… I prefer having a healthy amount of body fat, and eating the good stuff.
But since this was a gift, and I’m kinda’ curious what I would look like really ripped, I decided to start using it for a 3 week cycle (as stated on the label) starting today. My first dosage was earlier today, a few hours before my workout. My body felt a little funky, a bit nauseous to be frank. Though I felt like a machine when pumping iron. I didn’t feel the burn I usually get when doing super sets… my muscles just failed. I guess it’s part of effects I guess; helping you push your max. I also felt really dehydrated, I kept drinking every 5 minutes in between super sets, and during my cardio.
Nothing conclusive yet though, certainly no results yet. I’ll check back in after 3 weeks and let you know how it went for me.. Until then, keep on training!
