I’ve been having a real bad insomnia episode these past 2 weeks. I’ve only been averaging 3 hours of sleep a day. I try to work as much as I can to stay productive, though I am well aware that this won’t be good for me health wise. I may not have to remove dark circles under eyes which have been in front of the monitor for more than 12 hours a day, but I am sure this will have an affect on me (physically and psychologically) down the line.. if not already!
I am making good progress with work and earning some much needed money, though I really wish I can get back into a nice sleeping pattern. I’ll be content with 6 hours of deep sleep a day.
