I’ve just found out that MERALCO has adopted an online system wherein you can check your electricity bill online as well as opt to received billing updates via email. You can go to the MERALCO website and click on Sign In to e-Meralco (popup window) to know more about the service.
For those of you who are new to paying Meralco online you may had to spend a couple of minute figuring out which SIN (Service Identification Number) to use like what happened to me. Apparently you’ll be using the ATM / Phone Reference Number as your SIN as shown below.

They should modify their bill and label it accordingly to avoid confusion.
That aside the system provides all the information found in your printed out bill, along with a billing history and status of your payment. The service and entire website for that matter is far from “polished” but it does work… which is the bottom line in most cases.

nilagay ko naman yung buong atm/phone reference ayaw naman e accept at mali daw account tama naman lahat ng numbers input ko ayaw pa din .better to stop naalang kase bka madebit pa …sayang oras ko bka ma close pa card ko ng allied
i am using my HSBC debit card to pay my bill on an ATM, however it is saying that i input the wrong account number though I put in the right one. i tried it thrice, it is not really working. i decided to stop cause im afraid that it might debit my balance. waste of time.
i try to pay the meralco bill online for my parents, but it said i put the wrong reference number..how to input it correctly? thanks!
I input the correct info but still this is what I’m “The service you wish to enroll is already registered under two users”. It’s my first time to try this Meralco Online.

you have to pay it all your current billing para ma-accept yung ref.no.,otherwise invalid ref.no. ang mavview nyo..
