Payoneer ATM/Debit Master Card
I requested for a Payoneer card from oDesk sometime in Sept. 9 I think and was approved/shippied Sept. 13. Surprisingly the actual process of ordering and shipping of the card was free of charge (for the normal snail mail). The card arrived earlier today Sept. 17, 2 weeks from the day it was approved! Now All I need is 8USD in my account in order to activate it.
This is definitely much cheaper and painless compared to (the soon to be defunct) ePassporte which costs 40USD. Though the transaction rates are similar to ePassporte. I’m not sure if Payoneer will have a longer life span and better service than ePassporte but my first impression of Payoneer is good. They have a legit’ vibe going on, and information is pertinent information readily available on their site (like Foreign Exchange rates). Either way there are only a few viable replacements for ePassporte and Payoneer is on top of that list… at least on my list that is.

Hello mike As you first impression payoneer look great right .
But what you don’t know that you have to be beware cause if you want to upload money maybe you can be scam if you don’t believe read all complains at http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/payoneer-inc-c301692.html , So before promoting a service think about that maybe other can be scam.
