Starcraft 2 : Wings of Liberty
I’ve read that some shops in US were selling Starcraft 2: Wings of liberty for only 49USD, some as low as 35USD. However locally it was being sold for 3,500PHP (78USD). I guess merchants here capitalized on the fact that it was a highly anticipated game and that people will still patronize it despite the steep pricing. As for me I decided to wait until it reached a comfortable/affordable price.
Fortunately Perry had to to come home home to the Philippines for a family emergency, so I asked him to get me a copy from New York. I told him it was only 49USD and he can get it for as low as 35USD, unfortunately he was in a hurry and just got it at BestBuy for 60USD (2,700PHP)… I’m not complaining since I got it for free, but still he could’ve save a few more bucks.Tthough it was still cheaper compared to local vendors.
