detox from chilling out

After getting back into my workout routines and finally getting back into running form I decided to chill out for 2 days and just binge on the food I want to eat, and skip the they and a bit of work. It was a nice change of pace as usual, had a feast last night at the Banchetto Street Fiesta. I had a quarter-pounder burger a couple of beers, some quail eggs, isaw, and to cap the night off I smoked a joint with a few friends.

I slept for the most part of the day today then hit the gym early this evening. I could really feel the difference in performance and how my body responded to the shit I placed in it in the passed 2 days. I know it isn’t good physically, but to me I consider it good mentally. It gives me time to recharge and realize the gap of actually being in shape as too being “normal“. Because sometimes you lose motivation and you need reminders and confidence boosters to keep on going.
