I have always wanted a nice house; big enough for my family. A nice big garden will be very much welcoming and will be a playground for my daughter. It is something that I have been always wanting to have since condo units are quite small and the space for playing with my daughter is very limited. Although living in a condominium has its pros and cons, it means that your abode is within the heart of the city. It gives you easier access to any place you want to go or visit. Aside from that it is also near the workplace.
However, in the future I would love to move to a real house. But thinking about the hassles of packing and unpacking things made me think twice. With the stuff that we have, it would take a month to pack it and of course another month to unpack our stuff again. Aside from that, I have not learn any movers who are efficient; I just wish we had the likes of San Francisco Movers in our country.
Like what I have mentioned, our condo unit is located at the heart of the city and most available houses in nice subdivisions are located either northern or southern part of the metro; long distance moving can be a problem too.
