There are mixed views on dieting and using supplements in achieving your desired results. Personally I think you can achieve your desired physique without supplements. Though recently I’ve realized that there are some instances that some people do need the;. Like people with poor genetics, low metabolism, or just a weak resolve to see things through.
So when people ask me about such things I tell them to do their research first and read up on diet pill reviews which they find appealing. There are a lot of placebos and harmful products out there.. better let someone else do the testing for you.

I do agree and I always tell people that what is effective to others may not be as effective to you.
