sleeping aids

I really had a severe case of insomnia last year. I’ve tried numerous remedies from herbal supplements, to mental conditioning, to the so called best sleeping pills you can buy over the counter… Nothing really worked. That is until I started eating a balanced meal and getting good workouts in my daily routine.

Now if I want or need to sleep early, instead of taking any medication I make sure to eat right and have an intense workout during the day. And when it’s time to sleep; the moment I hit the bed I’m out like a baby.
