I’ve noticed that I’m more detail oriented with regards to my health ever since I started lifting weights and running. I’ve purchased several gadgets to track my health like heart rate monitors and a blood sugar calculator. I may also be buying a on my agenda is a digital weighing scale which can calculate my body fat percentage and maybe a pulse oximeter. Not quite sure if they are as good as hospital grade equipment, but it does give you a reliable estimate of the information I need for my workouts.
