sleep better

I’ve always had a problem sleeping, which maybe attributed to my poor sleeping habits. I’ve resorted to sleeping pills, drinking herbal remedies, counting sheep and what not. None of them really solved my problem… Not until I started working out and eating better. Believe it or not, a good cardio workout and eating healthy can improve your sleeping pattern and quality of sleep dramatically. Which is why I advocate working out, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain in all aspects of life.
