PSBank Online bills payment

I had my PLDT account suspended due to not paying… talk about negligence! My bill arrived sometime in April 10 and was sitting at the concierge since. They were calling  to inform me about it but it turns out that my intercom was broken. My girlfriend already informed me about it several days ago and I told her to report it. I assumed that she did report it to the building maintenance, unfortunately she didn’t… she just told the guard who knows nothing about building maintenance.

At the end of the day it was my fault, since I assumed a lot of things when I should have taken care of it personally. So again, repeat after me: “If you want something done right, do it yourself!”

To avert the problem, I got my bill and paid it via the PSBank online bills payment. I was reluctant at first but this was an emergency. Fortunately it was easy! Just log-in into your PSBank Remote Banking account and follow the 4 steps under the Bills Payment option.

I immediately called PLDT for confirmation. They asked what mode of payment I used and the reference number of my payment. After supplying the information they requested they informed me that my payment already reflected on their system and that my account was already scheduled for reconnection.

I think I’ll be paying some of my bills through their online bills payment from now on to save on time and avoid the hassle.
