It’s day 7 of my No Soda/Fast food diet. For the past 7 days I’ve only been eating green veggies with grilled chicken breast fillets, fruits and my usual protein shakes and oats. I’m still along way from my goal but if I can keep this up I’ll hit my it come June. I may also be permanently adopting this diet if I manage to get used to it. I’ve noticed some positive changes in my body over the past 7 days which I want to be permanent.
I also just recovered from a pulled hip muscle 2 weeks ago. I still can’t bend properly and stretch like I used to, but I am able to do all my exercise routines without pain anymore. I’m guessing it’ll be at least 1 to 2 weeks more before I’m back to 100%. I’m about 75% now, just in time for the North Face 100 event next weekend.
Once I’ve fully recovered I’m planning on either taking up Yoga or Muay Thai. Though I’m leaning more towards Yoga since I can teach myself through videos online for free! Whereas with Muay Thai, I’d have to shell out 300 bucks for every 2 hour training session.
