ATM Fee
Dear Account Holder,
Please be advised that, effective immediately, the fee to withdraw funds at an ATM has been raised from US $2.00 per transaction to US $3.00 per transaction.

This is really cumbersome and really not a good start for 2010 for people who use ePassporte like me. Personally I am already asking my clients who pay me via ePassporte to just pay me via Paypal (using the personal transfers to waive the transfer charges). 3USD is just to rich for my blood especially if you have to make numerous withdrawals thanks to their 320USD daily withdrawal limit.

I agree with you, I can withdraw $1000 a day, but i will not use it anymore,
