My set of keys
After years of aspiration, 2010 is finally the year I get my own place. I got a small 2 bedroom unit (fully furnished) in Soho Central in Edsa Central for 4m from my grand mother. Her initial selling price was 5.5m, Thanks to my persistence I was able to lower her price. After paying the usual 10% down payment I started moving my stuff yesterday.
I wasn’t suppose to purchase a condo this year, but seeing that real-estate prices just keep appreciating and the value of money doesn’t I decided to take the plunge and invest in it. I’m 26 now, by the time I get to my early 30′s I’d finish paying off my condo and can start saving again for a real house… like they say “you buy your second house first“.
So here comes the New Year, with a new place of residence and a new chapter in my adult life… what a way to kick off the year!
