I am especially fond of all things chocolate, especially the new handset from LG amply titled: LG Chocolate Touch (a.k.a. BL40). Compared to the earlier chocolate handset from LG, this new one has grown in leaps and bounds. Some of the key features that I personally like are:
- Dolby Mobile technology which is built into the handset with a 3.5mm jack built-in. Unlike most handsets that also offer the 3.5mm jack. I think this will make you use your mobile as a primary portable audio device instead of an ipod or zen player.
- The User Interface is also top notch and shies away from the norm of other Mobile platforms such as Windows mobile and Symbian. It may not be as jam-packed as other platforms but the aesthetics are just as good if not better. It also has some features unique to the LG platform.
- It also has Social Networking and other run of the mill mobile media applications built-in to maximize its WiFi and 3G connectivity. This can well be a substitute for a net book if to only surf and socialize online.
- Lastly, despite its sleek and thin form factor, it also manages to cramp it a 5mp camera with LED flash, Geo-tagging, face, smile and blink detection and image stabilization.
This will make a great Christmas gift this holiday season and will definitely make the recipient very very happy… *wink wink*
