It’s hard to keep in shape this holiday season; parties left and right, the bed weather and the long holiday vacations. So it takes twice the effort and discipline to do your workouts.

One of the staples of my workout regimen is the pull-up/chin-up or what ever you want to call it. I use it to workout my back and arms, as well as my abs. It’s a great workout you can do with or without weights; you can also do it even when your on vacation.

You may also want to get your self lifting straps, to avoid cutting your set short because your forearm/wrist gives way first before your arms do.
