I’m finally getting my own place. It’s a condo unit on the 39th floor in Edsa Central (Edsa corner Shaw Blvd.). It’s a 2 bedroom shoe box which is semi furnished with the following stuff
- 3 air conditioners
- 10 qf. refrigirator
- 2 burner electric stove
- 2 beds,
- 3 cabinets
- a small couch
- a small dining table
- water heater and shower fixtures
- some dining and cook ware
The unit will set me back north of 5 million pesos which I’ll be paying for the course of about 10 years. I originally wanted to get something cheaper and away from the city, but the terms are good and I am in a hurry to move out of my current place of residence.
It’s been one of my goals since I was a kid to have my own place… finally it’s coming to fruition. It’s nice to know that my hard work is paying off and I am achieving my goals one at a time.
Now I shall embark on my new life changing journey.
