Finally somebody thought of giving account applicants their ATM card the same day they open their account. PS Bank offers this, and I just got mine yesterday. I don’t know why it took them to long to implement this, never the less I’m happy I got my ATM card just after waiting a couple of minutes. That saves me time, and effort which I could devote to other more important things.
The only downside was they charged me 100 pesos for my deposit. Why? Well apparently they charge you for coin deposits 
. I deposited 4,00PHP worth of 10 peso coins which came from my piglet. The clerks over at the bank said that they just got the memo several months ago. So for those of you who plan to exchange their coins be warned.
