Collapsed while running

After not running for 2 weeks and pigging out on fast food, junk food and soda; I decided to go back to my running routine. My pulled hamstring seemed to be fine and there was no pain in my knee anymore so I tried to run in my usual pace. There wasn’t any pain on my left knee just some minimal discomfort, so I decided to continue on and run my usual 10km distance.

There wasn’t any pain so I got into my rhythm and just zoned out. When I was about to reach the 7km mark I felt light-headed; I didn’t pay attention to it then suddenly it was as if my knees where gone and i just fell down. Fortunately I managed to land on my ass and didn’t have any wounds. So I decided to call it a day and try again on Thursday.

I really don’t know what the hell happened!? This is the first time that this has happened, I’m guessing I over-exerted myself and didn’t notice it. Though I should be back in running condition by the end of the week… hopefully!

well I hope bumalik na sa kondisyon katawan mo before the week ends..

maganda ang hand held gaming devices sa long trips.. ang tahimik ng mga junakers ko haha..

hindi naman, bad eating habbits lang at negligence on my part. Nakabili ka na pala! inggit ako! hintay pa ‘ko magbayad mga sideline jobs ko hehe.

gusto pang tumakbo sa ulanan. ahehe. ako di ko na kaya ang lamig. brr…
