Canon EOS 500D

I just bought my much anticipated and first Digital SLR camera last Saturday after my stint with the dentist. I got Canon 500D with the 18-55mm IS kit from KimStore for 42,000PHP (875USD). This was my first purchase with her as well and the least I can say is that I am a satisfied customer and a fan of their customer service. Been wanting to buy a Digital SLR since late 2008. I finally decided to proceed with the purchase after putting significant thought into it… I figured life is too short to procrastinate and second guess myself, hence I took the plunge! Photography will complement my new found passion for running as a hobby and maybe take me places both literally and figuratively. It will also be a nice break from the computer where I spend most of my time.

I’ve just consolidated some learning materials for novice DSLR users, and can’t wait to dive right in. I am also looking forward to what kind of impact this will have in the way that I design; Hopefully this will a new angle and dynamic towards my take on designing.
