Just got my ePassporte ATM card a few hours ago via snail mail woohoo! …Talk about impeccable timing! I wasn’t expecting it to arrive on my birthday though it was a pleasant surprise.

The ATM took exactly 16 days to arrive from the date it was mailed (US to Philippines), which was well within the time aloted by ePassporte which was 2-3 weeks upon mailing. The thing that I like about this card is that they only charge 2USD (roughly 100PHP) per transaction, which is relatively cheaper than PayPal. This is also faster since once the amount is reflected on your ePassporte account you can withdraw it right away via ATM’s, where as with PayPal you’ll have to transfer your money to your local bank which will take several days.

Wow this seems like better than Paypal but how does this work exactly? Parang Paypal din na nakakareceive ng money or pwede bang yang ePassport gamitin to withdraw funds from Paypal?
hindi pwede ePassporte to paypal, and pwede credit card to epassporte or epassporte to epassporte.
basically parang paypal na may card. kinaganda ng card pwede mo withdraw agad yung pera pwede mo rin gamitin sa SM malls at ibang shops as a debit card. Gagana rin sya as an online credit card. saya diba!
Bro question. Hindi ako makatanggap ng money from a client (personal account sya). I was reading through the site’s FAQs and it says Philippines is a controlled account. I can only accept money from business account holders in epassporte. Is it the same for you? Kung business account ba ang buksan ko makakatanggap na ako ng money from personal accounts? Also have you tried wire transfer from epassporte to local bank? How many days bago pumasok?
Di ko na try mag bank transfer withdraw ko na agad yung pera gamit yung ePassporte ATM ko.
Regarding sa pag accept ng funds, oo restricted pag nasa pinas ka, so kelangan business account holder yung mag papadala sayo ng pera or by credit card/bank transfer.
kung walang business account client mo pwede naman nya ma load yung epass mo using his/her credit card, kung wala e di paypal nalang.
Mike can you tell me how I can send money from my personal ePassporte to someone in the Philippines who doesn’t have one? I just found out “ePassporte does not do business with xoom” and bank wire is too expensive
Well you can’t unless you send him your ePassport ATM card. I suggest sending it through paypal instead, or maybe Western Union.
Thanks Mike, my problem is the funds can only loaded to my ePasporte. I know now that I can transfer the funds to the non-ePassporte Visa that I used to activate my ePassporte account. Problem solved:)

You can’t do it personally if you live here in the Phil. You need someone with an ePassporte business account to make 1 for you. If you don’t know anyone you can join affiliate programs which pay via ePassporte.
They’re more strict now, since they have disabled money transfers from personal accounts which was one of the workarounds before of getting an ePassporte account.

anyways, just additional info. pwede po i-withdraw ang paypal funds sa epass. may charge na $5 ang transfer. been doing that when i didn’t have a local bank account before.

btw, napadpad ako sa site mo coz i was searching for paypal to epass transfer. mag-expire na kasi epass ko by the end of september eh wala ako epass balance to renew
My adult oriented earnings come in form a different source, my ePassporte and Paypal funds come from legit programming (non-adult) web development work.

epassporte.com has an internal problem now… i am making a transaction with them. . made by my friend from NY.. it is almost Christmas but the card still hagging up. i don’t know why.. not good. .

Hi Ronalyn, unfortunately to activate your ePassporte account you’ll need 5USD in your account. All restricted accounts (Philippines, India, etc) can’t transfer funds. You’ll need someone with a business account to send you money. I only have a limited personal.

well once I got my account and had money in it. I just paid the 35USD card fee, then waited for 3 weeks for it to be shipped to me.

14,000PHP depende sa exchange rate, yan na max per day. Kelangan mo amg submit ng documents sa kanila tapos review nila bago ni increase yung limits mo.
Ako di ko na tinuloy pag increase, 1 transaction lang ako per day kasi mahal na masyado transaction fee… 3USD per transaction
Kailangan ko mag increase ng limit kase malaki yung papasok sa epass ko weekly. okay lng saken yung $3 kada withdraw. Pwede, mag submit ka lang ng request sa kanila, tapos hihingi sila sayo gn ilang scanned documents. Kelangan ng Government ID, bank statement, etc tapos re-review nila yung application mo.
max increase nila ay nasa 500USD per day so 20,000PHP lang makukuha mo sa ATM sa isang araw.

For accounts like ours yes getting paid by a business account holder is the only way to get funds into our account. We can’t add load options or accept payments from non business account holders which suck.
I haven’t really tried affiliate marketing or adult sites so I’m not really sure if they actually pay… though I do work for several affiliate programs as their coder.

1. Sign-up sa epassporte. Pag may account ka na, yun ang gagamitin mo para sa affiliate sites na partner ka na epassporte ang mode of payment instead of paypal.
2. Now, kung may credits ka na sa affiliate partner site mo, let’s say $50, pag-winidraw mo syempre pasok naman sa epassporte account mo.
3. Since may $50 ka na sa epassporte account mo eh dun po ba nila ibabawas yung $35 card fee para mai-deliver dito sa ‘Pinas yung epassporte visa card mo? Tama po ba?
4. Next, (kung tama po yung no.3) meron pa po na matitira sa iyo na $15 na pwede withdraw-hin naman sa ating local atms? Minus $3 (halos Php 150) Tama po ba?
5. Last eh, paano yun transaction sa atm? Di ba dollars yung nasa epassporte account mo? ang lalabas po ba dun sa machine eh pesos? (sorry poh, newbie eh!)

Ask ko lang Sir Mike, nung nag order ka ng Epass Visa Card mo, nag pa Express Shipping ka ba kaya 16 days lang na-receive mo na yung card mo? kasi tatagal daw sa 4 to 6 weeks kapag International and snail mail ang method.. kung hindi ka nag Express Shipping, hindi na rin ako mag EExpress.. sayang kasi 100 Bucks din ang pa-express..
wala akong binayaran. inintay ko lang. parang 2-4 weeks ata dumating na.

Nope, hindi pwede, kasi restricted yung account naitn. Pwede mo sila sulatan at humingi ng special requess. Nasa FAQ nila yun check mo nalang

btw, yung 16 days waiting time, ilan ang binayad mo dun? kasi yung friend ko, pinili yugn UPS shipping which cost him 100USD, meron din daw yung 35 USD via airmail..
I only paid 35USD for my card and I got it within 3 weeks. Yes you can withdraw your money in local ATM machines you can even use it for debit purchases in some malls.
