I just got a pair of weight lifting straps from a near by sports boutique for 145 pesos.
I decided to get a pair since my wrist and fore arms often gives way first before I my arm does when doing certain exercises, hence preventing me to do forced-repetitions. It’s basically gives support to your wrists and forearms when lifting heavy weights, and also helps maintain grip.
If you don’t have this or can’t fint any you can use a long towel as a to replacement; that’s what I used to use before I was able to acquire a pair of weight lifting straps. Just make sure it’s long enough to be wrapped around your hand and onto the bar you are gonna lift.
