I’m planning on taking my exercise routine to the next level by focusing on my nutrition, nothing really drastic, just increase m water intake and lessen my fat/cholesterol intake. My goal is have my abs (6 pack) visible again. I’m not doing this primarily for aesthetics since I rarely go to the beach/pool much less leave the house; rather just to challenge myself and manage my mood swings better.
Getting a slim defined core/mid-section is not a walk in the park, you need to do a lot of cardiovascular work to lower your overall body fat and raise metabolism, and ofcourse you must also watch what you eat.
My other goal is to also save money while I’m doing this by just drinking water and dropping the soda and by dropping the fast food as well and replacing it with a tuna/chicken sandwich.
I also figured it would be a good hobby I can devote myself too more, since it’s a very affordable hobby with significant long and short term benefits. Almost everything costs money now a days thankfully you can still stay in shape without spending to much.
So here’s what I have to work with…
