This is the knee wrap/support I purchased in one of the local sports boutiques for 400PHP. I initially wore it when I started running due to the nagging pain I had during running. Lately the nagging pain came back so I had to put it back on. I’m guessing it’s because of bad running form or perhaps inadequate hydration.
I hope to be in top running shape by April without any injuries; if all goes well I may join a 10k run to test out my progress since I first started running which was in October of 2008.
